CWIC Performance Management Framework 2010

With the support of the Performance Programme NSS and Stefanie Shedd, Director of The Solution Shedd, CWIC has developed a performance measurement framework to gauge its impact sub regionally, as well as help ascertain the value of partnership for its members.  Using the Topical Dashboard eight topics were agreed by members: training, support services, networking and marketing, advocacy and representation, quality and governance, information/knowledge and intelligence, volunteering and funds and income. Each topic has indicators relating to collaborative work by members with frontline organisations and to the development of the partnership.
