Provides a transparent process through which CWIC can strategically plan, and undertake commissioning and procurement activities. Includes accountable body and lead body functions
With the support of the Performance Programme NSS and Stefanie Shedd, Director of The Solution Shedd, CWIC has developed a performance measurement framework to gauge its impact sub regionally, as well as help ascertain the value of partnership for its members. Using the Topical Dashboard eight topics were agreed by members: training, support services, networking and marketing, advocacy and representation, quality and governance, information/knowledge and intelligence, volunteering and funds and income. Each topic has indicators relating to collaborative work by members with frontline organisations and to the development of the partnership.
CWIC Terms of Reference 2009
Provides the framework for the operation of the Consortium including membership, communication, meetings and external representation.
Some ideas for increasing collaboration between members.
Procedure for feedback on consortium activities.
A process to enable all members to comment on and propose changes to draft documents.
Aims to raise awareness of infrastructure support services and promote CWIC as a partnership.
The Framework will ensure that generalist and specialist infrastructure organisations within Coventry and Warwickshire have a common approach to Equality and Diversity that penetrates into and impacts upon the wider communities that frontline voluntary and community organisations serve. There is provision to assess whether strategies and plans require an equality impact assessment and a separate Assessment Tool.
